remove cactus and cut back oleander bush

Trim a 15 foot tall by 20 foot across long oleander Bush. I would like the bush to br trimmed just 1 foot above the block wall. Second part of the job is to removal a falling over cactus that is approximately 10 foot tall by 6 foot wide at the largest area all trimmings to be removed by you and area to be cleaned of any debris and blow clean. thank you so much
